Solving Inequalities
You solve inequalities as you would like any other equation. Here is an example:
As you can see we did this just like a normal equation.
Flipping Sign
You now might see something like this, where each side is being dived by a negative number. Anytime there is dividing or multiplying by a negative number you switch the inequality to the opposite direction. See example:
\[ \frac{-3x}{5} \geq -4 \] \[ -3x \geq -20 \] \[ x \leq \frac{20}{3} \]
